Shipping policy

Once your order has been accepted and payment received, we will ship it within 3-5 business days. If you need something quicker, we are happy to offer an expedited rate. 

UK orders are shipped with Parcelforce and European orders with UPS. A tracking number will be emailed once the consignment is on its way.

All first-time, second-time, and one-millionth-time orders are subject to the below flat rate charges with the percentage calculated on the original subtotal of items before any discounts. 

A flat rate insurance/packing charge of 2%, calculated off the total cost of items after quantity or closeout discounts, will be applied to all orders.

Shipping on orders up to £250 (excl. VAT / before any discounts) are charged at 10% of the order value with a minimum shipping fee of £15.

Shipping on orders from £250 to £500 (excl. VAT / before any discounts) are charged at 8% of the order value.

Shipping on orders over £500 (excl. VAT / before any discounts) are charged at 5% of the order value.

Please note that any highlands or islands locations will be subject to an additional surcharge which we will provide when invoicing.

*Where possible, we will try to off-set shipping costs with some freebies!

Deliveries outside the UK

Shipping is determined by weight and a zonal chart. We will be in touch to provide the best possible quotation from our shipping partners based on your location.

Payments

Payment Processing is turned off on the front end of www.chiveukwholesale.com. Once you place your order, we will contact you to discuss your preferred payment option.

We accept all major credit cards including Amex but our preferred method is by bank transfer. Bank details will be found on your final invoice.

*Companies remitting from outside of the UK must cover all intermediary bank fees.
